very important, and the DJ you choose (good or bad) can make the memory
for years to come. If you are familiar with our service, or someone you

- From the moment you inquire with us, you can expect
friendly, helpful service with every effort made to answer your
questions and make the process of hiring a DJ as simple and
straightforward as possible
- We feel the most important element in this relationship
is communication. Upon selecting A Sharp Mobile DJ, you will
have access to your DJ 24 hours a day. This includes
their e-mail address and access to your online event planner.
You may contact your DJ as many times as you feel necessary to
make you feel comfortable and confident about your upcoming
event
- Final preparations for your event will take place no
later than one week prior to your event. Preparations will be
coordinated with your DJ
- Set-up for your event will occur no later than one to two
hours prior to the start of your event, unless arrangements have
been made to set-up at a different, pre-arranged time
- The A Sharp Mobile DJ staff will conduct themselves in a
friendly and professional manner at all times during your event.
Every effort will be made to execute your event based on the
preparation itinerary created from discussions with your DJ. A
Sharp Mobile DJ always takes requests, but cannot guarantee all
requests will be played because of time constraints and other
factors that may be beyond our control.
- Our commitment to quality doesn’t end when your event
concludes. Your opinion about A Sharp Mobile DJ is very
important to us. Following your event you will receive a event
survey form in the mail asking you to critique our service. If
you are satisfied with A Sharp Mobile DJ, we hope you will refer
us to your friends and family.
